Sharing Reports

POD makes it easy to share project data with your team, your clients, and external stakeholders — with full control over what they can see.

Internal Sharing

Team members with accounts on your project have full access to the dashboard, reports, and timeline. Internal sharing is the default experience for your organization.

What internal users can do depends on their assigned role (see Permissions below). At a minimum, every internal user can view the dashboard, browse the timeline, and receive notifications.

How to add team members

1
Open your project settings
2
Navigate to the Team tab
3
Enter the email address and select a role
4
Click Invite — they will receive an email with a link to join

Client Portal

The Client Portal provides a curated, read-only view of your project for owners, developers, or external stakeholders. You control exactly which data and reports clients can see.

Client Portal users see a polished view of your project without internal notes, cost details you prefer to keep private, or draft data. It is the professional face of your project.

Curated visibility

Choose which KPIs, tabs, and reports clients can access.

Read-only access

Clients can view but never edit or delete any data.

Branded experience

Apply your company branding or the client's branding.

Simple access

Clients log in with their email — no app installation required.

Tip: Use the Client Portal to replace weekly PDF reports. Clients get a live, always-up-to-date view of project progress — no more emailing attachments.

White-Label Branding

White-label branding lets you customize the appearance of reports shared with clients. Replace POD's branding with your own company logo, colors, and even a custom domain.

This is especially valuable for general contractors and construction managers who want client-facing reports to carry their brand, not POD's.

LogoUpload your company logo. It appears in the header and on exported reports.
ColorsSet your primary brand color. POD adjusts the theme accent throughout the shared view.
DomainUse a custom domain (e.g., reports.yourcompany.com) for client-facing URLs.
FooterCustomize the footer text with your company name and contact information.
Note: White-label branding is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Contact support for setup assistance with custom domains.

HTML

A self-contained HTML file with interactive charts. Opens in any browser.

Google Sheets

All exports include the currently selected date range and cadence mode. White-label branding is applied to exports when enabled.
