Two numbers run an offshore plant

Availability is the revenue. Access is the constraint. A turbine throws a fault at 03:12; the gearbox needs a technician; but Hs is 2.4 m and the CTV can not transfer until the window opens. Every hour in between is megawatt-hours that never reach the grid. The O&M report is the record of what was down, why, and when the sea let you fix it.
