Two numbers run an offshore plant
Availability is the revenue. Access is the constraint. A turbine throws a fault at 03:12; the gearbox needs a technician; but Hs is 2.4 m and the CTV can not transfer until the window opens. Two turbines are on fault. The CTV waits for the weather window, then runs the transfer to the nearest down unit — while the healthy fleet keeps turning and the availability meter reads the live number.
