What a wind day has to carry
Components & laydown
Tower sections, nacelles, and blades delivered, offloaded, and staged. A blade on the ground in the wrong sequence stalls the whole pick plan.
Crane picks
Every lift the main and tailing cranes make — base, mid, top, nacelle, and each blade. Turbine erection is a crane-pick story, captured pick by pick.
Roads & logistics
Access roads, crane pads, and the transport that moves 70-metre blades across a spread. The logistics that decide whether the crane can even set up.
Weather holds & lift windows
Wind speed decides the day. When the lift window opened, when it closed, and how fast the crew recovered the lost time.
A turbine, pick by pick
The crane stacks the tower sections, lifts the nacelle onto the top, and hangs the blades — the rotor turns into a star and spins, while the turbines behind it are already producing.
