You keep your free account. Projects, manual entry, uploads, and dashboards stay available with no credit card, and nothing is deleted. AI features (POD reading your files, voice reporting, Ask POD) need a paid plan or your own Claude API key. Pick up right where you left off whenever you upgrade.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

If POD isn't the right fit within 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked, no forms, no hoops. We only want customers who love the product.

Enterprise is not a fixed-price product. It is a custom solution sized to your organization, and your quote scales with what you actually run: your number of users, your active projects, and your AI usage, plus any add-ons like SSO, white-label, or on-premise deployment. "Unlimited" on the Custom plan means there are no caps blocking your growth, not a flat fee for unlimited use. No. Subcontractors report through free Upload Links — no account, no login, no training, no cost. They click a link, upload their data, and it flows into your dashboards automatically. Unlimited subs on every plan.

Yes — larger prepaid commitments are billed by signed purchase order with check, wire, or ACH instead of a card. Any prepaid term of $3,500 or more routes to PO/ACH automatically (so, for example, Starter’s 12-month prepay still goes on card, while a larger multi-month commitment on any plan is billed by PO/ACH). Submit your PO request at /enterprise/purchase-order — we review within one business day, send you a Stripe Invoice with your PO number, and activate your account on standard Net-30 terms. Above $50,000, our enterprise team handles the contract directly.

Each plan includes a monthly upload count and a per-file size cap, both shown on the plan cards. Behind those is a generous monthly AI-processing fair-use allowance, sized so normal day-to-day construction use never reaches it. In a rare heavy month (for example, bulk-scanning thousands of pages at once), AI processing pauses without touching your data, and you can add a Usage Top-Up or move up a tier to keep going.
