ConstructionIntelligence

Raw field data becomes decision-ready insight. Run the project on fact, not memory.

Definition

Construction intelligence is the practice of turning raw field data, daily reports, photos, schedules, pay applications, into structured, decision-ready insight, so a project is run from current fact rather than memory and gut feel.

From raw records to structured answers

Reports, photos, and schedules go in on the left. POD reads and structures them. Metrics, forecasts, and answers come out on the right, each traceable back to the record it came from.

What goes in, what comes out

Daily reports

Production, manpower, weather, and delay language are read from each filed day and structured into the fields POD tracks.

Schedules

Baseline and current dates are compared for variance and critical-path exposure, instead of a manager eyeballing a Gantt chart for drift.

Pay applications

Billing, retainage, and cost data are reconciled against the budget so a committed figure traces back to an actual application.

Photos

Site conditions are captured and tied to the report they came from, so a visual record sits alongside the written one.

The structured record is what Ask POD answers from, and what POD Insights reads to produce a recommendation.

How POD handles it

Construction intelligence is what POD is built to produce: it reads the field's raw records, the reports, schedules, and pay apps, and turns them into structured metrics, forecasts, and answers. The intelligence is only ever a read of your own project; POD structures what you record, it does not replace the records.
