CoverageScore
One number for a question every project has: is my data complete enough to trust what the dashboard says?
A Coverage Score is a measure of how complete a project’s data is: the share of the fields POD tracks that your uploaded reports, schedules, and pay applications have actually populated. It turns the vague question of whether your data is good enough into a single number, and it climbs as you add records, so the gaps are visible and worth closing.
Completeness, at a glance
The filled arc is the share of tracked fields your uploads have populated; the gap is what is still missing. Every record you add closes some of it.
What each source unlocks
Progress, behind-schedule activity, and the schedule-performance fields.
The billing and spent-cost fields that track where the money has gone.
Production, manpower, weather, delays, and safety counts.
Committed cost, actual cost, and the earned-value readings built on them.
A fuller score makes every KPI, POD Insights, and Ask POD more complete.
How POD scores coverage
POD computes the Coverage Score from your uploaded data: the proportion of the fields it tracks that your reports, schedules, and pay applications have populated. It rises as you add sources and points at the categories that are still thin, so it doubles as a checklist. It reflects what you have actually given POD, nothing is counted as present that was not uploaded, which is exactly why it is an honest gauge of how complete the rest of the dashboard can be.

Complete data, sharper intelligence
A higher Coverage Score is not the goal in itself. It is the fuel for everything POD turns your records into.
